Terms of Service

Free tier. The public search interface and limited API access are available at no cost. Free API access is subject to rate limits as documented at pulrix.dev/docs.

Paid tiers. Paid API plans offer higher rate limits, additional endpoints, and priority scanning. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You may use the Pulrix API to query scores, metadata, and security findings for MCP servers.

You may not:

• Exceed your plan's rate limits or circumvent rate limiting mechanisms.
• Resell raw API responses without adding independent value.
• Use the API to build a competing MCP server scoring product.
• Scrape the pulrix.dev website instead of using the API.
• Use automated tools to create accounts or generate API keys in bulk.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke API access for violations of these rules.

The Pulrix Score methodology, scoring algorithms, security scanning pipelines, and composite scoring formulas are the intellectual property of Pulrix.

Pulrix aggregates data from open-source and public data sources. Attribution for these sources is provided on our Data Sources & Attribution page. The underlying data from those sources remains subject to their respective licenses.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Pulrix (such as dispute requests).

As-is basis.The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that scores are complete, accurate, or current at all times.

Informational only. Pulrix Scores are informational. They are not a guarantee of security, safety, or fitness for any particular purpose. A high score does not mean an MCP server is free of vulnerabilities. A low score does not mean an MCP server is malicious.

No security guarantee. You are responsible for your own security decisions. Do not rely solely on Pulrix Scores when deciding whether to install or use an MCP server.

If you believe a Pulrix Score is incorrect, you may submit a dispute with evidence. We review disputes within 48 hours.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may cancel paid subscriptions through your account settings or by contacting hello@pulrix.dev.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the API, or engage in conduct that harms the Service or other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of severe abuse.
